Everyone was very pleasant. Did everything in a timely matter. Explain and show what was going on.
Took Moose in because the "Oil Maintenance Required" message was flashing. They showed me the dipstick and the oil was still gold colored from my last oil change there. It turns out that Moose says it needs a new oil change every 3000 miles and my oil lasts for 5000 miles. They saved me money and reset the oil warning for free.
Techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was fast but there was only 3 techs on duty and a line of cars quickly formed behind me, so hire more people.
Quickly done. Offered services that I've never heard of. Excellent customer service.
