This is not a reflection on the employees, Robert and his crew were doing the best they could with the hand they were dealt but if corporate sees this please give your people some better training you had one person who knew what he was doing trying to coach 3 newbies at a time and he was being so patient with them but it was clear they had little to no experience. Came in today, had a great experience. Extremely helpful and courteous. This is my new oil change destination.
Tech/manager complained about the “last place” I must have taken my car in for an oil change. The shield screws were “stripped from the last guy” and the oil currently in my car was “not what’s really recommended”. What I tried to tell him, but he didn’t listen, is the HE was the LAST GUY that did my oil change. The tech also poured antifreeze directly into my overflow, which caused some chaos.
