Very bad experience. They damaged my car (the manager admitted that they stripped the bolts when removing my skid plate), but their claims administrator wouldn't reimburse me for the damage. In fact, their customer service rep said they denied my claim because maybe "a pothole" caused the damage, which is just ridiculous (I don't know how a pothole could strip four steel bolts). Not something a good company would do...makes me wonder how much other negligent damage caused by this company is explained away by blaming potho... read more
