Honestly the military discount is worth it on its own. I'm a professional technician but I no longer working on automotive shop, I now work on forklifts. My first visit here was absolutely outstanding, with a great staff, and I actually had an enjoyable time chatting with them while they worked. I’m not sure if they just have an entire new staff but it’s clear to say they’ve gone downhill. I showed up a half hour after they opened and they had cones in front of all three lanes. 6/1/2026 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee was brought in for a oil change. After driving 30 miles from Salisbury, NC to Albemarle, NC the check engine light came on and oil light started flashing. There was oil all over the undercarriage and no oil on the dip stick. After getting on the phone with the Take 5 Location that did the oil change, the manager explained that they did everything correctly and that if I drive the vehicle back to them they would look at it.
