It was an overall good experience. I needed an oil change and the workers were nice and proficient. They explained everything and the cost was not bad at all. You will be there longer than 15 minutes if you go on a busy day but once your up they work really fast. The ice cold spring waters they provide for everyone in the vehicle is a nice touch. I will return when needed and would definitely recommend their services.
Came in looking to pay $55 for basic oil change. Some how came up to $128. I knew once they gave me a complimentary water ($1) it was over. They tried to upsale everything to me. They tried to sell me tires!!! Didn't even know they sold tires!! They not called TAKE 5 for nothing!! They'll TAKE 5-HUNDRED if they can.
Waited a hour
I’ve gone to this place a few times. It’s always been good. Sometimes a little slow but they never try to over due it and hard sell you too much. Went today. Manager Travis was on duty and it was incredible. I was done in 15-20 mins. Incredible interaction and customer service. He was engaged with his employees too which make a lot of difference. Very impressed
