2015 Jeep Sahara - Got an oil change but they were unable to replace my air filter “because it has 2 weird bolts on bottom that they can’t figure out how to get off” I’ve had this jeep for 11 years & 70k miles and never once has ANY oil change shop been UNABLE to figure out how to replace my air filter. Just this place! Shop is full of incompetence, my advice is to take your vehicle somewhere else.

The name Take 5 is very misleading. It would be more appropriately name Take 30. I normally use the dealership because the prices are so much better for a simple oil change, but this once the convenience of not having to drive to Tyler just fit my schedule. Did I save some time? Yes. Did I pay for it? Twice the price I would have paid at the dealership.
