I am giving this business a 1-star review, not because of the service I received, but because management needs to do better for both its employees and customers. During my visit, the building was extremely hot, with only two small fans running. Sitting in my car, I was uncomfortably warm, and it was obvious the employees were working in even harsher conditions. They were so helpful, kind and polite. I was very impressed with their customer service.
I love going to Take 5 for my vehicles oil changes! They are always so nice, give me cold water, and my kids get fruit snacks. They always smile and apply a first responders discount for me. They also make sure I see the old filter vs the new, and see the oil level after they're done. They are super fast at what they do too! I don't have to take my kids out of the car either. It's amazing! Thanks Take 5 for your awesome service!
I love this place. It is where I have gone for oil changes on all of my vehicles and emissions testing for my old truck. Everyone is always super pleasant to be around and I've never had issues with my services. Prices are realistic. No complaints from me.
