After about 5 minutes he came out and explained that he was alone a could not do an oil change. Techs were super friendly. Shop didn't offer the bottom tier of oil changes only the two more expensive ones. The website states shop will check and fill fluids only Transmission fluid was checked and I asked if fluids were low if they'd add them. I was told if my fluids were low I could go buy what I needed and bring it back and they could add it. Was told tire pressure was checked and air was added, this did not happen. But the service was duper fast!!
They no longer take coupons for the economy package that was very disappointing. Will no longer be going to take 5 for oil changes
