The manager made sure I was taken care of when I arrived. Great customer service with a pleasant visit.
Refuse to do my top off service even though I was under the mileage! Removed my oil change sticker, then smudged out the beginning mileage number. Told me I can go to another location. I call the corporate hotline over 6 times and was on hold from anywhere to 30 mins to an hour. Then the automatic survey came on and wouldn't let you press how horrible your experience is/was. I finally got through to someone who told me to call back in 5 days if I didn't hear from someone.
