I had one person sell me special winter oil and then when i asked about it again another date the employee told me he had no clue what the other guy was talking about and they pulled off something to try to get me to let them replace it. I took it to a real shop and they did tests and told me it was fine. I'm not sure what the protocols are nowadays but I could have sworn air in the tires and fluid top off was a thing when you paid for an oil chnage but I may be out of the loop. Used to be a 5 star.
