Overall VERY satisfied. I visited yesterday on 9/16. They did my oil change as well as a very thorough check of my filters and fluids. I asked them about the cabin air filter and they had no problem checking/replacing it for me. The whole crew was nice as can be and very understanding about my bad past experience at a different location. This location gave me the best possible service from the start, hands down. I always prefer to change my own oil but time was of the essence and I was a bit caught off guard how professional and absolutely paid attention to every detail. I drive and Audi which isn't an easy oil change with all the skid plates to remove. Neil at Take 5 did an excellent job... I checked and will be back again.

The guys at take 5 are AWESOME! I hate going to places to get my car checked out because men can tend to make women feel stupid about car stuff but they were SO nice and thoroughly showed me what they were doing, showed me how yucky my stuff was, and made sure i was okay with the price before working on my vehicle. Great conversation while i was waiting, i believe his name was Jake, while he changed my cabin filter!
