Dalton, the assistant manager at the Roanoke Take 5, is the reason I'll keep coming back here. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly while the crew got my oil changed fast — and I never even had to get out of my car. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Dalton!
Excellent service. Michael the manager ensured I stayed informed about the wait and gave me eligible discounts. This is my go-to oil change location!
Very courteous and professional staff and service
