I'm leaking oil now and took 2 hours they stripped my oil nut this is sad
Had oil change They checked my coolant and told me that the coolant concentration was off. This truck is 3 months old with only 4200 miles. Hard to believe that!! They overcharged me for.the service and yhe oil, When I brought it to their attention They refused to refund my difference and gave me a $15 coupon with the $15 amount markednout and wrote $25 on it, only could be used if manager is on site at the time I use it.. Poor way of doing buisness!!!
The staff at 5 were very helpful and friendly. All the times I have been there I would say they were to top. I will be back!
