Not my best experience for an oil change. Used them as a back up. Second post very inexperienced techs.
So this was the first time using a drive in and out oil change, when we pulled in we had to hear the 2 techs. Argue who was doing what with our car as we set there. Then the tech. Came over and said there was something wrong with my coolant when I just had it flushed a month ago. Then he used a large jug of oil to pour in a funnel and overfilled the funnel pouring oil all over my engine bay, which the other tech. Did take my engine cover off and sprayed it with an aerosol. Wish I could leave ZERO Stars! Absolutely unprofessional. Pulled my car out and went to Valvoline instead. Will not come back!!!!

I went to Take 5 on 10/25/25 for an oil change. I pulled into the bay and was asked if I would like the same oil change as last time. I said yes and a technician was already under my hood, taking out my air filter. The work had already began, but then I was told that they didn’t have the oil filter they needed for my kind of oil change and i would have to pay $12.99 more for the filter they did have in stock.
