Surprisingly, didn’t have a good experience at this location after over 2 years going . Will not return
I went early and was told they couldn’t change the oil on a German car without a manager present. I returned when the manager was suppose to arrive. Waited 10 minutes outside the bay then it took the 45 minutes to change the oil, then I was told they only had the most expensive oil today so I complied. They tried to upsell me everything possible and I said I just cannot today. Another man said “you ain’t got no money? They installed my oil drain plug without a crush washer, which resulted in a leak. They also forced my oil filter housing in place, which damaged it and prevented it from seating properly, which also caused a leak. They also left oily hand prints all over my hood.
Excellent service with recommending to everyone else
The guys were polite, professional & friendly. I was offered a cold bottle of water on our first warm day in the area! The technician kept me informed about each step, all suggested services were fully explained to allow me to take advantage of great options that I found I really needed! The service time was done efficiently and I was on my way quickly. Thank you
