Ryan is a complete liar! And refuses to do jobs when it’s no one there!!! He tried to lie and say he never did car advice when he did mine last time!!!! If you don’t want to partner with car advice REMOVE THE COMPANY!!! I legit hate dealing with Ryan or the “manager” who moved from the centerville location!
They're nice but need help. Its definitely not 5 or even 10 to 15 min to do it. Also they didnt check my tires, didnt fill my wiper fluid and didn't check my tire pressure. All those warnings lights are still on after the service
I have been using the Centerville Rd. In Garland, TX location for 20 years. EVERY time I am there, I get world-class service in terms of the oil change and the customer service. On this visit, Alex and, in particular, Anthony, were prime examples of employees representing the Take 5 brand. Anthony was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
