Went in for standard oil and filter change. Was told they were out of oil for my grand Cherokee unless I agreed to their $120. Oil change. I left.
5714 Broadway Blvd, Garland, TX. DO NOT COME HERE! I had an oil change done at the end of October 2025 and was heavily pushed into buying their most expensive oil, which was advertised to last up to 10K miles. I ended up paying far more than expected based on that claim. At the time, my car had around 72K miles, and the service sticker they placed showed the next oil change at 82K miles. Employee distracted talking with someone forgot to remove the plastic lid of the oil filter. Car started leaking oil.
Kalob was absolutely awesome and extremely helpful with the services provided.
