Fast, friendly experience
Always good service. My car takes special oil (thanks Volkswagen). It costs a little more but manufacturer requires it. These guys knew it needed the special oil. Didn't have to tell them.
I drove up and they got me in right away. They were nothing but kind as they changed my oil and gave me a free drink while I waited. 30 minutes later I was out of there with a smile on my face, plus they topped up my window washer fluid for free. Thank you guys, I will be back soon. God Bless.
Goes above and beyond! I brought in my car for a nail puncture repair and they didn’t have the puck to jack my car up properly. Then they actually drove me to my house to pick it up and then back to retrieve the pucks I had in my garage. This was all to save ME money, two charges, which would have been one external repair so I could drive home to pick up the pucks and then back for an internal repair.
