Lucky I was paying attention. The tech told me to start my truck after checking my air filter tire pressure and fluid levels. I stated That I couldn’t do that because they never re-filled my truck with the 7 quarts of oil they just drained out prior. The guy was apologetic but it bothered me because think about the people who aren’t paying attention. It’s not just them the dealers are providing the same bad service everyone just pay close attention or you may need a new engine pulling out the service bay.
I have been to Take 5 in Harrisburg, NC twice and the techs are all great. There is one, though that I consider outstanding. His name is Tyler and he is the best. He is so professional with his job. He keeps things moving well and is very knowledgeable. Oil changes have gotten ridiculously expensive but Tyler's professionalism and attention to detail diminishes the pain...lol.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. They worked fast but also took the time to explain things in a way that felt honest and real. I was in and out quickly and it was one of the easiest oil changes I have ever had. Jibril helped me during my visit and he was especially kind and professional. It was refreshing to deal with people who are genuine and care about good service. I will definitely come back and recommend them to others.
This used to be a decent place but I tried it again a few weeks ago and all they did was talk and watch their phone (even with corporate there),didn’t refill any fluids and when we got home the truck was over filled with oil!
