Horrible experience. I've been taking two of my vehicles to be serviced at this particular Take 5 Oil Change for years and I must say the experience has gotten significantly worse, timewise. Today, puts the nail in the coffin. Lets set the scene. I arrive at the location at 12:40pm for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. On arrival, Garages 1-3 have vehicles in them.
