Josh and Ken were great. Fast service, and even though it was triple digit heat they still had a positive attitude. Explained everything and got to work.
Had the oil changed, windshield wipers changed, and an air filter. But feel the wiper blades were a bit overpriced. I could have gotten all 3 at an auto parts store for half the price.
I visited Take 5 yesterday to get my car ready for a long trip, and the whole experience was genuinely wonderful. Kevin and his team went above and beyond — they explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and treated me with such kindness. It’s rare to walk away from car maintenance feeling taken care of, but that’s exactly how they made me feel. My car is ready for the road, and I left with a smile. Big thanks to Kevin and the whole team.
I was misled by the TAKE-5 1-800 number to think I was getting an Oil Change for $24.95 ( Basic Service ) with the 50% off coupon. BUT that was not at all the deal. For the Basic Oil Change Service it was $84. And some change plus tax. The reason I’m giving TAKE 5 a 4-Star Review is because of the customer service I had. The gentleman who was explaining everything to me was very polite, professional and funny. He took the time to make sure I understood everything he was telling me.
