Congratulations — I’ve officially found the first oil change shop allergic to common sense. Imagine telling a customer with a brand-new diesel that they can’t bring their own premium oil and filter. I run Rotella T6 and a top-tier filter — neither of which they stock — but instead of working with me, I got a smug, canned ‘that’s our policy’ over the phone.
