It was my first time visiting take 5 oil change. I was happy about the service until I got in my car and the next day I started my car and it says on my dashboard Engine oil change soon. I tried to call I got put on hold for about 15 minutes and I got tired of holding. So I hung up. I tried to call a couple of phone numbers for take five and when I do you cannot talk to anybody.
Went in to service my truck the technicians were very helpful and I definitely recommend.
I give this cleves location a negative zero rating! Well I went there for a simple oil change, and tell me why it took 5 people to do it? A couple underneath my car and the rest up top. Everyone was scattered brain. One of the employees wasn’t even clocked in yet but was working on my car. The girl I have no idea her name was confusing everyone and rushing the process, I mean it’s an oil change not rocket science! And now since their carelessness I have to replace the oil pan! Oh and they are refusing to take responsibility ... read more
Service was great! Very knowledgeable technicians.
The guy that stood at the computer was absolutely amazing! The Mechanic that guided me in the garage was amazing at first but when she did my oil change she was on the phone the whole time . Very unprofessional!
