I waited for probably 40 minutes after I pulled in the bay to have my service finished. I agreed with the staff that I needed a new air filter but was later informed they were actually out of stock because of a system error. Just a frustrating experience overall.

Quick, friendly, got all I needed including a bottle of water!!
Not terrible but also not great. Techs seemed capable & were fairly courteous. The advertised 10 minute oil change actually took about 40.
