Had an awful experience when getting oil changed. The service team was great but when the manager, Jordan, got involved things went down hill. He talked to me about a radiator flush and when I told him during a pause I would pass. He insisted he was going to continue and educate me as he should. Proceeded to use scare tactics noting the age of the vehicle (5 years) and all the damage that could occur. I was very very disappointed to be spoken down to and the dramatic approach used.
