The man that did my oil change suggested I find a new car based on me “looking like I did not have expendable income” that is verbatim what was said to me. I have a European vehicle and am aware of the cost of owning one, parts, expenses, etc. I was shocked and found it incredibly disrespectful for my financial situation to be assumed. I have been to take 5 numerous times and have never had an issue till now, all other employees were pleasant and respectful, I will not be returning to take 5.
Quinlin, Caleb, and Fredy did a great job! They also helped me to understand some things about my car that I didn't know about and was able to replace some things in the car that I really needed replacing but didn't know about. Overall the service was absolutely outstanding. I intend to go to Take 5 every time. I need an oil change.
Great group of techs! They are always professional but will tell you your options and even give you some advice based on what they find could be wrong in your situation. I do as much of my own car maintenance myself as I can but I still go here for oil changes as they are quick and a reasonable price.
Great crew. Worked very fast and very helpful.
