Everyone at this facility was very professional, helpful and incredibly kind to me on a day that I can only describe as one of my worst in years. So it meant a lot to me to know that people like this are still out there and that customer service comes first. Thank you guys.
Updated review, used to have great service but twice now my oil filter was not tight and had oil leaking. Both times returned to have it checked to be told they did not see an issue. Both times ended up at West Chevy to be told it was the oil filter. Was given a number to contact the manager and left a message that was never returned. What was once a fast very convenient way to get regular oil checks has taken much longer and even days to resolve. Can no longer recommend.
They are awesome and nice to hang around with while getting oil changed
