It took over 30 minutes. I provided filter, they couldn't get it undone, tried every filter wrench. Car was rocking for whatever reason like it was a ride at an amusement park. I can't wait to see what was done to my vehicle. It wasn't just an oil change!
I go there regularly and this time it was very disappointing. There was only 2 people working there. I had to ask for a bottle of water. I had to ask them to check my tires. They did not clean my windshield. I know that take five is much better than this cause.I've been there many times. There really was no personal communication at all. I was very disappointed now.
Been there twice for a simple oil change, first time they said they were out of stock for an oil filter?? And they said they would have it in two days time so I came in 3 days later just to be sure and they still couldn’t do anything for me so won’t be back, apparently it’s hard to have parts for trucks. The 3 guys working there seemed off in some way as well.
Quick, professional service. Attentive and answered my questions. Explained services they offer. Explained their oil change options and what was best for my vehicle. Not pushy to up-sell. Used teamwork skills to get me in and out. Welcome me back when I brought my second vehicle. I plan to bring my 3rd and 4th vehicles as well. Thank you!
