Very poor experience for my first time there. During a check of the oil change, when taking out the stick, it broke into the drum. The staff were quick to blame me asking when I got the car and if it came like that. The employee who did it (accidentally of course) had owned up to the mistake eventually, as they were scrambling on how to proceed with what had just happened. Super professional and friendly. They just changed the oil just like I wanted, no up sell and more importantly no tricks. As an industrial mechanic I find it insulting when people scrape road grime onto a rag and then try to sell you an assortment of flushes to 'fix' the problem. Non of that nonsense here, keep up the good work!!!

He spotted short workmanship somebody else had done to my car, not sure who but believe when I say this man is not paid enough for the level of detail and care he gives to his work.
