Took my wife’s VW into Take 5 Georgetown. Want to recognize Dylan. He’s done a couple oil changes previous. He is professional personable and cares for the job that he’s in. You don’t meet a lot of guys like that these days, especially for being a young guy. Today I witnessed him directing other staff coaching and teaching them. It was very impressive seeing him use so many soft skills that can’t be taught. It was refreshing to witness the old-school mentality in his youthful vibrant demeanour.
Love the team, I was greeted with a water bottle to sip while I waited, much appreciated in the heatwave! Super fast service. Excellent communication and customer service. Thanks!

I got an oil change today, and I have to say, the staff were amazing (especially as a woman going by myself), I felt really comfortable. All of the people I talked to were great, Jaden and Nathan really stood out. They explained everything about my car perfectly, and they were really efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with them However, I am very concerned because they were working in over 40-degree heat with just a crappy fan which wasn’t enough.
