My husband took my vehicle in for a simple oil change last week. Since then the under carriage to my vehicle has fallen off. Bolts are missing. It clearly was not put back on right. My undercarriage is now completely damaged and has to be taken off and replaced with a new one. What was a 125$ oil change has now cost me well into 200-400$ to replace the under carriage. Pay better attention to the quality of your job and service you give your customers. Will not be returning.

I'd never been to Take 5 before, I've always heard how great it is. Fast, efficient and friendly. It certainly did not disappoint. Tristan and his crew took my car right in, and got to work fast! Changed a couple filters and the oil, and I was gone in 10 minutes, and didn't even have to get out of my car! I highly highly recommend the staff, and especially Tristan! He is most certainly a shining star in your company! Tristan you made a very happy new customer today!!
