Very responsive and provide details about the car. Checked the air filters , oil and wiped the front and rear windows. Did under coat also. Hassle free and quick.

Just had an oil change at Take 5 where I've had good experiences in the past. Not today!! Willy told me I needed an air filter and a cabin filter. He showed me the cabin filter that had a few little leaves in it. I asked if he could just bang them out. He said 'no' and that once it gets like that it needs to be changed. I told him to go ahead with just the cabin filter. I then looked at my last receipt from Jiffy Lube and my cabin filter was changed 7 months ago, 5,000 miles.
