Today March 7.2025 was the first time and last going into take 5 oil change in Fergus. Horrible experience from me telling the associate I wanted a regular synthetic oil change and filling my oil with a more expensive one that I did not ask for and getting charged for something I did not say I wanted . Then on top of that he basically was calling me a liar saying that I said I asked for the better synthetic oil when I clearly did not.
