The guys are always great, I’ve never been disappointed.
Very nice guys and good service. My last two visits however, my engine light comes on after the oil change. Twice it’s been done sensors being turned off or nicked. I had to take my car to a garage after both oil changes so maybe something to look at with the team. Otherwise the service is excellent.
Always have great service here, never pushy on the upsells. In and out rather quickly while still being friendly and thorough!
I would not recommend take 5 for an oil change. My wife took out car there this week and they told her that they had stripped the drain plug because it was to tight. She called me to explain the situation and wanted to know what she should do. The only option they gave her was a evac where the oil is tucked out using a type of vacuum. They were asked to stop all work and put the car back as they found it. At this point they became very rude and used some choice wording not OK to use with customers. Highly recommend this location. My first time using them and it was great! It's hard to find good customer service these days let alone stellar and they were stellar. All the guys were attentive and respectful and even kind. I drove in one morning and I was out in under 20 min. They went over my whole car and found a lot of areas for little improvements. So now my car is reset to baseline. There's value in ease of mind.
