*spoke to the manager, very helpful and understanding, upped to 3 stars* "Take 5" ? More like take up to an hour. I was 2nd in line for 50 minutes for a tire swap. It does not take 50 minutes to swap tires. 50 mins pass, got it up on the hoist only for them to say "do you have the key?" Luckily I realized I had forgotten and knew what they were talking about.
