Great service, amazing staff super nice
Wow I’ve been using Take 5 oil change for many years. Today I had the honour of the staff at Grimsby Take 5. Gary, Kyle, Trent and Andrew underneath were so great. It was nice to see these young men enjoying their job. Kyle was so personable Trent and Kyle both had me laughing during the check oil change. Gary stopped by to see if I had any questions. I have definitely found my permanent new location…
That was as smooth as an oil change can be. They offered me water before I went in the bay and within 10 minutes I was in and out - changed oil/check filters/topped up liquids. The system was down but it did not slow the team down there! Also got $7 off with the on line coupon and NO Harassing for other add ons....Thanks !

Incorrect coolant mixed with existing coolant causing risk to coolant system. Only an oil change was requested. “Universal grade coolant” does not mix with existing Euro grade coolant.
