Wanted 50$ for 20$ engine air filter a week ago.Failed to mention mice had left huge nest in filter box. I discovered while changing filter, tech just plopped filter back on nest . Negligent or clueless? Complained and tech said he would reach out to owner. Follow up email rejected as mailbox full. Sent next message thru web page, no response. Now engine light issues possibly from stirring up and leaving all that debris.

Went out of my way to come here for 8am and they are closed, despite their hours saying their open. Super annoying!
Didn't get around to writing a review until now, but the oil tech at this location drained my transmission fluid and doubled the amount of oil in the engine, completely screwing up my car. Completely ruined my car. No formal apology or credit/compensation for my stress/time was given beyond the minimum insurance payout for my new transmission. Don't go here, they hire incompetent people.
