Was motioned to pull directly into the garage. I asked him how much for an oil change. Guy didn't have a clue took him ten minutes then came back at $147 - I promptly left.
After getting our oil changed here our engine splash guard fell off partially on the highway, now it’s damaged and held on by bungee cords. Never had an issue with it until going here. Update: The owner called me and set up an appointment to fix the splash guard. It is now fixed and his team was very courteous.
I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Cole, Conor, Palmer, and Chuck. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional — friendly, professional, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to come across a team that works so well together while making customers feel truly valued. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
I wrote the Kanata location as well as Corporate with my concerns about my car service in July. No acknowledgment from either. Very unprofessional company and franchise. I suggest everyone not attend these locations as they do not do what they claim they've done on their service record, such as checking filters, topping off fluids and checking tires. They lie. That's actually FRAUD. And they ignore customer concerns....shocking!!
