Went for an oil change. They quoted me one price over the phone then when I went there it was a much higher price. They said its because they have to use OEM part. But, when I called I did provide my car year, model, trim..so they should have been able to see that. Service was fast and ppl were nice and not pushing to sell stuff. Something that put me off is..there's an option to tip at the end when you pay. I was shocked cuz I've never been asked to tip at a mechanic. Like seriously? I had a great experience for my first oil change at take 5. Clean and fast oil change, was out in 15 minutes. I like the visibility they have, many windows to see the work being done on your car. Great job to the team at take 5, I’ll be coming again. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever. I was just sitting in my car on the phone, and the guy decided to act rude like I did something wrong. It’s literally none of his business what I do on my phone while I wait. Super disrespectful attitude — I’ll never come back here again.
