Went to change winter tyres without rims took me 3 hours waiting just to get inside!!!! Unfortunately I was the last one
Took my car here a couple months ago, paid top notch and they used dirty oil and overfilled the oil by FAR. When trying to talk to the mechanic about anything he was clearly annoyed that he had to shut his music off in his ear bud, then looked at me to listen. Very sloppy and unprofessional. Grease marks all over my door. They left one front summer tire on and only changed three, leaving my car in a very dangerous condition. Good thing I noticed it when I got home, went back and they made me wait 45 minutes. Manager was unapologetic, he sent another employee to offer me a $15 discount off next service which I found unacceptable. Tried contacting owner via phone and email but did not get a response. I wont be going back there any time soon.
