The technicians broke the head off of one of the screws on my filter housing and then proceeded to tell me that all of the screws were stripped and only two of the four screws were there. My problem is that the only people to ever touch that filter housing is the people at Take 5. The technician didn’t admit that he broke the screw until I asked if he did.
