Firstly, the staff was friendly and explained everything as it was my first time there! My next oil change seemed to need to be done about 2K earlier than usual. Had my oil checked to confirm by my boyfriend & it was 0% oil life. They said they used the correct oil (?) Not only that, they somehow ripped the cable pins out from the hood latch cable. Didn't realize until I took it for the next oil change. My vehicle is only 2 years old and rust free. This is now costing me money at the dealer because of their mistake! As I sai... read more
