The employees left the plug loose on the oil pan and put no seal back on the drain plug. Our 2014 ford F150 was then driven on a trip to North Carolina and got so hot all of the gaskets deformed on the block causing the oil to leak out after we added 6 quarts of oil to the engine. It made our automatic transmission fluid turn brown and the pink color of our antifreeze turn to a solid brown color also. We are assessing damage to the 2 turbocharges on the motor now.
