When I arrived I explained I wanted an oil change. Once I was in the bay I explained to one tech that I just wanted the basic oil change and he said ok that the other tech would be with me shortly. When she came up to my window, I explained again that I wanted the basic oil change. They completely ignored the fact that I wanted a basic oil change. The economy oil change is $60+ after tax. My bill was $98 and that doesn't make sense being that I asked for the economy oil change.

Friendly and good attitudes and worked efficiently
This was my first time at this “Take 5” location and I have to say it was absolutely incredible! REYES and Q, all the other fantastic workers had me and my grandma super satisfied with my car feeling and running very well afterwards!! They made my experience of getting my raggedy oil in my car feel like a luxury experience without even having to get out the car for the oil change. I appreciate them for being so helpful, experienced, and supportive. 10/10 for surrrrre!
