Great customer service, down to the chilled water bottles given to us as we pulled in. They were very communicative with me throughout the process, even when a rusty bolt broke on my skid plate… no fault of theirs (I blame Mother Nature). They told me it broke and fixed it. Chris was very PROFESSIONAL and showed great leadership to the newer employees! I’ll be back!
Excellent experience at TAKE 5! Chris fixed my Crosstrek with an oil and engine filter change and also changed out the coolant (which was so overdue). The service was friendly and very efficient— barely any time at all and I stayed in my car for the complete service— and the cost was very reasonable. My car already sounds better. Thank you to Chris and his team!😎

Most expensive oil change in town and they cant even get it right. One technician messed up and spilt oil all over the place including my exhaust manifold. They blamed the seal on the oil filter but I could hear them ripping the guy for being lazy and not paying attention. Pretty rough but the one supervisor I guess named David was stellar in fixing the situation but I was there for almost an hour
Chris and David were exceptional! They explained everything in detail being done, gave me options for prices and services, and were able to give me a discount. Extremely nice employees- love this place!
