Xander was great! Very polite + efficient. Manager was helpful + friendly. Great experience as always at the Olive Branch location
Sat in the service bay for 37 minutes before an attendant started to service my car. Another attendant was just standing around and talking to the guy in bay 1. Bay 2 was empty. We asked for new wiper blades for my car and had to be switched twice for installing the wrong ones on the wrong side. One attendant dropped the metal wiper arm on the windshield.
