Staff informed me they were out of the oil filter for my make of car and advised I could buy my own and bring it back, which I did. They still charged me for a filter. They ended up over filling my oil so when I left and drove down the road, large amounts of white smoke started coming out of my exhaust. Brought the car back, they emptied it and refilled it with the correct amount. No one apologized or offered a refund.
