They diddnt tighten down my oil filter and all but 2 quarts of oil leaked out, now they wont give me a refund for the oil change or the new oil I had to add. Not to mention the parts I had put in the engine becouse the check engine light came on due to low oil. They will not answer at the location when you call and their district headquarters directs your call right back to their location where they will not answer the call. The manager was very polite and professional.
The guys working that Day knew the right questions and the right things to do. I was very impressed with the logical upsales for this truck. I struggle getting fuel filters changed all the time and these guys brought it to my attention before I could even ask. I am very impressed with this location And the guys that were there that day!
The workers were so kind and helpful. Anthony and Rodger were great, I am really broke and I needed an oil change so they helped me get the best deal I could get. It was half the price that I paid at other places! I won't go anywhere else from now on.
