I highly do not recommend overly priced $135 for an oil change and then they try to get you to spend more so many other places that are a lot cheaper Joel was very rude the way he talks to the customers is so wrong I have let several people know the bad experience I had and will continue to let others know I talk to hundreds of people on the phone a week in Polk county from my workplace and tell people what business to use and not to use Definitely do not come here Joel in my opinion needs to be replaced with a more professi... read more
Outstanding service. The technicians were very informative and explained everything they did and why. I felt at ease with the level of service I was getting. I will come back for my next service.
Joel took care of the oil change on my daughter's car. The splash guard at the bottom of the vehicle was difficult to deal with, and Joel did a great job of communicating what was going on and ultimately did a fantastic job of getting it connected back up after the oil change.
