Jon was nice & respectful - Mike had the absolute worst attitude I’ve ever witnessed and I wasn’t even the one getting my oil changed, I was a bystander. If thats the type of people you employ and allow to talk to PAYING customers like that in a disrespectful, petty manner - you definitely turned me off from ever wanting to bring my car here. Which is crazy cause i love the customer service at the location in Addison. But this location? Not worth the unnecessary attitude & bad customer service for overpriced oil .
Fast, friendly, and quality work. Mike was thorough and professional, I felt confident in the work done on my vehicle. It was my first experience with Take 5 but I’ve been convinced and will be returning soon.
If poor service was oil these guys would be full synthetic😂 don’t waste your time or money. They market their prices and discounts one way and your receipt tells a completely different story. I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t have to interact with the miserable dude wearing a baseball cap. Won’t ever be back.
I don't appreciate them checking my air filter without asking. The technician could be audibly heard stripping the screws. And inspection of the screws after service show obvious signs of damage to the screws. If they had asked id of told them I change it myself and hand loosen and tighten those screws. Don't appreciate the damage to my car that will now make it harder to change in the future.
This was the smoothest and most efficient auto inspection experience ever. The staff moved quickly, were professional, and efficiently.
