I was charged for extra oil and a “shop service charge” that I should have asked about, but wasn’t told about, and they also marked things as “cleaned” and “checked” that definitely weren’t (tires and windshield), so I’m left questioning if they were honest about everything else. Also, my maint reqd light is still on - only because I was due for an oil change, so… 🤷♀️?
Elijah was very personable and knowledgeable and a real asset to you. He and Trevor were both very nice and friendly
