Service was horrendous even spoke with management and he was rude I will no longer do business with take 5 and the have been a dedicated customer for 6 years
Way to expensive employees were fine but I can get my oil changed for less so I will go somewhere else to have my oil changed in my cars
There was not the type of oil I needed. Made me go for the more expensive service
I have thought long on how to deal with this experience i work in High Point and bring players car's in for oil changes so last July I brought in our managers SUV for an oil change which took over 30 plus min the next morning I had to have the SUV towed back to take 5 as all the oil had leaked out because the oil filter had been crimped so was told by management that when I returned for another oil change it would be a free oil change and put in the notes for this so when I returned this April I was told it was not put in th... read more
