DEE was great! Offered us water,( it's hot in Florida) and many extras for our car. Everyone was friendly . Enjoyed our visit.
A professional group of employees performed a good job on my car.
Customer service was great but the manager tried to remove the old oil by shoving a hose down the dip stick tube and tried to explain that this was the best way and that it was for safety purposes.Not only is this inefficient but there is a plug in the pan for a reason. Apparently their ability to train their employees properly makes doing the job right a safety issue. I will not be going back there again.
The team at the Auburndale Fl location were great! Outstanding service!
