Was quoted on the phone 49.99 oil change, was given a $25.00 off coupon, went to get oil changed, was told the 49.99 oil was out of stock, then was told they could honor the call center price OR GIVE A 25.00 DISCOUNT!! LEFT UN HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST AND PAID $79... WON'T EVER BE BACK!!
I have been to the lake wales location and to be honest I was not planning to use take 5 again. Very bad experience in Lake Wales. But I was in need of an oil change and did not have time to schedule appointment. So I stopped at Havendale location and was very impressed with this location. They did an excellent job. And was very quick with the service. I will definitely return to this location.
