I took my new recently purchased truck to take 5 in the beginning of June 2026. This was the first oil change I had done on the truck. In years past I had taken all my vehicles to this location. This time when the oil change was done the assistant manager told me to get my truck checked out because it had a small leak. I took it to the dealership, and they said a one-time plug was put in and now I need a new oil pan. The staff was great and very helpful
Had my inspection completed there, went to the DMV the next day and they told me there was no record of it being inspected and suggested I call the shop to make sure the VIN was correct. I called the number to shop #5, it took me to the customer service line where the representative told me they can’t call that shop because the phone isn’t working…. Said all she could do was leave them a message to call me when they are able to…. All while I took time away from work and standing at the DMV….. Poor Service all the way around.
Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! I went in to get my emissions test, and while I was there, they topped off my oil and windshield washer fluid and made sure everything was working properly. The whole process was very fast, easy, and convenient. The staff was friendly and took good care of me. Definitely recommend Take 5!
