I love that it’s quick and you can always get in to be serviced yet very polite and professional.
Service drastically changed. They now talk fast so you can't understand and call you "boss man" every sentence. After draining my oil told me I would have to get full synthetic or sign paper releasing them of responsibility!

It is always an a pleasure to come to “Take 5” location in Saginaw to get my oil changed. I was greeted with the ice cold water on a hot day. Jeremiah was the main guy on the computer that helped me. He answered my questions and guided me through the process of the oil change appreciate the thoroughness. He was very polite.
Don’t go here unless you want damage done to your vehicle without reimbursement. They failed to actually change the oil, instead added new oil without draining the dirty oil. They also forgot to put the air filter box back on. These problems caused issues with my engine while driving on the highway. I had to get a new oil change 2 days later and have the engine flushed.
