It was very quick and the service was great
Take 5 Oil Change, I took my dad's car to take 5's saginaw on saginaw blvd and Bailey Boswell to have an oil change and replacing the engine air filter. As soon as I drove my car off the lot after having all of the services done, the engine completely shutoff and check engine went off, I literally got stuck in the middle of the road. I walked back to the store to tell them they messed something up and need to fix it because my car was working fine until they replace the air filter and change oil. For the amount of money people pay; when you tell the customer everything you did on a vehicle it is expected to be done.
For those saying they’re fast — do you all have all the time in the world to wait here? I literally just left after waiting an hour and a half without being attended to. The staff were just walking around aimlessly with zero motivation. If you want an oil change, run—avoid this place. They’ll try to sell you a million things before they change it. Run, trust me. I’m not coming back. Thanks, but I have better things to do than waste my time here.
This place should change its name to take at least one hour! We waited 20 minutes just to be able to pull in to the bay. They had 1 car in each bay before we arrived. After we pulled in, we sat there 45 minutes in the bay and no one even touched our car. They were doing one car at a time, and the same original car was in the first bay when we decided to leave.
