The staff were very professional, courteous, and under staffed. We waited in line with 3 cars in front of us, and that made the whole process completed in just under an hour. However once they started on our vehicle it was very quick. This location is definitely great, they just need 1 to 2 more employees.
The guys who helped out on Sunday morning, August 10, 2025, were absolutely fantastic! Even though they were short-handed, they went above and beyond to provide top-notch service. They offered water, and even though they didn’t have all the oil I needed for my car, they were so generous that they offered to top it up to make sure everything was in order. I’m sure of their names, but they were absolutely spot-on. Thanks again guys.
The guys at the Saginaw location take good care of you there I went in Sunday morning they were a guy short and they still figured out a way to get it done their manager had to come in on his day off and get everything corrected and get his Personnel situated but he was there and got me in and out in about 20 minutes
Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I will use them agian.
