Excellent customer service, fast, and easy. You can almost alwaysfind a coupon online too. I have gone here for years for oil changes and inspections. Recently, I went on a Sunday and learned the person who does inspections doesn't work on that day, so I tried a nearby Firestone. There was an hour wait and I was told to come back later or leave my car there. I didn't leave my car, I left, I called later, and there was a longer wait.
