Went for an oil change core price said $89.99 + tax and $10.99 for additional. It did not say anything about a $5.99 shop service fee. It’s the principle that I feel it’s false advertisement
Confusion by one worker saying oil needed changing, another saying it did not need changing. Plus they kept asking granddaughter to buy all these different things that she did not know anything about.
The customer service was great! My over all experience was very good
