I’m going to start with I normally do my own oil changes, but I haven’t had time to do it. I had good service up until the where they show you how much oil is on the dipstick. Then, snap the pull handle is off but my dipstick is still in the tub. So now I have to figure out how to resolve this issue. Probably won’t return.
The team members who helped me were incredibly helpful, honest, and friendly. I would come back to take five over and over, just for the service I received. I also love the convenience of not even having to get out of my car. This was my first time getting an oil change here, as I have only come for an inspection previously.
She was rude what ever her name was bad customer service
