Thank you, Kim, for letting the guy whose name I didn’t catch do my free top off even though I was a few miles over the marker!! My guy even gave me a water bottle for the road. Definitely got the honk for good service out the bay by this happy driver !
The guys at Take 5 were so nice and extremely helpful. The wait time was short and sweet per usual! I usually don’t have a specific store I visit, however I feel like that’s changed and I’ll be coming to this store every time for an oil change from now on!
Terrible customer service, pull in the garage no one greeted me or ask what I was there for I sat there for another 20min still not one person said or ask me anything, it wasn't busy they chose not to do anything until I started me car 30min later to drive off then Oscar ask if he could help me . I been going to take 5 for at least 3yrs never experienced anything like this
Not honest with pricing. I called and got a price. They told me the same price as the sticker in the shop. With my 25 bucks off, it cost a lot more than the sticker. Only 1 worker, so I had to wait a while. 4 stars instead of 3 because he automatically offered to reset my dummy light. I usually have to tell others to. Price maybe 5 bucks less than valvoline.
