I really don't like to write bad reviews, in fact I rarely if ever do. However, my experience with this company has gone from good, to bad to worse. Initially, I had my truck's oil changed, a bit expensive at over $100 but okay and everything seemed fine. Next couple of days, low oil pressure light comes on, not good. I call up the guys who did the change, they said no problem we'll fix it. So, to their credit, they drove out to my truck and did another oil change. Great! Let me begin to say why I am giving you’ll a 1. The first time I came you’ll gave excellent service everyone was nice and it only took 10 or 15 minutes to change my oil . They gave me water and a I am glad to help you !!! So 09/04/2025 I came back to the shop for another oil change bc the customer service was great !! I get there at 7:25 they close at 8:00 the gentleman I ask me what I needed I said oil change he gave me a bottle of hot water and said we can’t change your oil it’s 7:25 and I said u close at 8 pm they had 1 w... read more

The entire crew was great: D. Coleman, J. Coleman & Derrick. Derrick went the extra mile to check filters. I needed to replace air and air cabin filter. He also provided me with some knowledgeable info! Thank you guys.
