New managers Chris and Al are lazy and almost made me start my truck up with no oil in it, would not recommend this location. Also at the same time they have 1 person doing 3 people’s job while complaining about being sick
Did not get the oil change. They raised the price $35 from the phone quote. Been on hold 40+ minutes with customer service. No response. Very shady business practice.
Excellent service. I was taken care of quickly and the customer service was excellent ! Will definitely come back !
The guys there were really helpful and quick! If I need another oil change during a visit to Bossier City I’ll be sure to return to great service!
